Waking up, at first, is very difficult to deal with for many. Your whole life previously had been spent trying to please others. You had essentially been wearing a mask and been putting forward this false facade of yourself, which was merely your ego-self trying to gain acceptance in a world which deep down you knew didn’t make sense. There was a void in your life, an underlying intuitive, but not yet unlocked belief, that this ego-driven illusion is not how the world should be. No matter how hard you partied. No matter how hard you worked. No matter how many paper notes or invisible numbers marked by your name, nothing could disguise this. You succeeded in making a living but failed to make a life. Happiness will come tomorrow, you told yourself, but tomorrow never came.

From the moment you lay eyes on this world, you have been a victim of conditioning that somehow succeeded in desensitising you to the suffering of your fellow human beings, the planet and its inhabitants. Instead of trading hugs, you traded material possessions. Instead of uniting, you were competing. You convinced yourself that individual comfort was more important than collective unity and thought it was normal to chase the immediate fulfilling of impulses at the detriment to your health. Ultimately you put your faith in a system that you trusted had the best interests of the people and planet at heart. However, deep down, in the core of your being, you truly knew the system was broken.

As if by divine intervention, the penny drops and a flood of truth comes pouring into your life. Nothing is certain anymore, but everything is possible. You become drowned with endless information, which can be extremely daunting. Where do you start? You begin to see things holistically and start to spot how things link and piece together like never before. For many, this uncertainty and deluge of new knowledge and revelations can be overwhelming and often leads to depression.

For those of you at this stage now don’t worry you are not alone. Remember this:

‘The truth will set you free but first it will piss you off’
– Gloria Steinem

Truth always prevails. You now truly begin to understand the meaning of ‘Knowledge is Power’ and the depression begins to subside. That phase of uncertainty and worry is one that every truth seeker must go through. Once the blizzard goes away, a new and brighter path appears. You start to realize that although you are discovering many truths, which on the surface may seem to be negative, this increased awareness is both liberating and empowering. The truth is a bitter pill to swallow, but once digested, leads to an extremely valuable reward: knowledge, wisdom and happiness.

A better understanding of the world means you become less detached from the suffering within it. You no longer accept the insane notion that is natural for some to be wealthy whilst others have nothing. You have a sudden increase in empathy towards, not only other humans, but towards the planet as a whole and all of its inhabitants. You realise that everyone and everything is interconnected. You thus treat the suffering of others as if it is your own and discover a beautiful oneness with nature. We are in essence a microcosm of the planet and by harming the planet we are harming ourselves.

You realise however that in order to give out love, you must first love yourself. You develop a greater understanding that your body is a temple that it is linked to mind and spirit and it deserves full respect. A healthier body means a happier and more fruitful life. You begin to develop an aversion to foods that you once craved, because your heightened intuition is steering you away from the poisons that you realize are in the foods you once consumed regularly. You seek to make the most out of the fruits and plants of nature.

Happiness, you realise, comes from the finer things in life, not the false promise the media feeds you that you need material possessions. The system thrives off our desire to crave and want. That way we slave away hopelessly in unsatisfying occupations and take out loans to try and satisfy these artificial desires. Whether it be a credit card or mortgage, debt are the chains that link us to them. However we are now breaking the chains we had once willingly but ignorantly chained to ourselves. By chasing something outside of ourselves, we become locked into a perpetual state of desire that ultimately is never satisfied. Materialism becomes a thing of the past. The superficial no longer matters. You learn not to rely on external guidance, but begin an inward journey, a ‘Soul Discovery’.

‘The first half of life is devoted to forming a healthy ego, the second half is going inward and letting go of it.’
(Carl Jung)

Upon going inwards, your intuition starts to speak louder than ever. You become more aware of your thoughts and how to effectively control them. As such, you learn how to become more conscious and mindful in everyday life. You have a greater ability to live in the present. Time, you realise, is a construct that keeps us enslaved into thinking that happiness lies in the future. However true happiness can only really be found in the present moment. That is all there is. Everything else is illusion,

Your heightened intuition means you can more accurately decipher between what is real and what is illusion and no longer mindlessly absorb that which is fed to you through the likes of the media. Your ability to make accurate character judgments strengthens whilst your desire to engage in mundane everyday small talk diminishes. You are increasingly drawn towards others on your wavelength, sometimes in the most synchronistic of circumstances, whilst simultaneously drifting from those who remain in your old way of thinking. Your disliking of routine increases whilst your desire for adventure becomes more appealing than ever.

Ultimately you come to the realisation that you are not alone and that there are many others following the same path. Souls all round the world are awakening to their true potential. We are beginning to reach a collective understanding and are shifting towards an evolution in human consciousness, a time marked by unparalleled compassion and peaceful coexistence, in which we discover forgotten truths, remember who we are, remember that love is everything and ultimately reignite the understanding that we are all connected, we are all one. To enter this new era we must first get through the current hardships we face. But remember these are necessary for we have come here to experience, learn, love, evolve and then return home. That is the sole purpose of life on this planet. Everything happening in your life, and others, including the bad, is necessary to achieve this. That is the fundamental duality of life.

The future is brighter and the change starts from within.

Blessings on your Journey

Open your mind in 7 easy steps!

The Awakening Open your MIND

Opening your mind is the first step to unleashing the unlimited power within you. You must learn to identify all the things in your conscious and subconscious mind that stunt the growth of your mind, body, and spirit. Positive changes will be evident in your life when you are mentally and physically receptive to the energy that created you and the energy around you.
We have been given the power to develop ideas and exercise free will. We grow and develop egos that preserve very particular ideas about ourselves in relation to the world around us. The development of and obsession with these ideas may be what makes some people evil, violent, angry, or sad. They teach us to discriminate, hate, stereotype, and judge unfairly. From these ideas there are lessons to be learned, but you can freely discard any part of them in order to reconnect with the perfect, peaceful, loving, and kind energy that created you.

To help you further understand how to open your mind, try one or more of these simple steps:
1. Get Your Ego In Check: Your ego is your conscious mind, that which controls your behavior and tries to give meaning to your external, material reality. It is powerful and can control your life, if you allow it to. Your external reality is a direct result of your mental and spiritual self. If your mental and spiritual self are not where you want them to be, your external and material self will suffer. The ego cannot improve the quality of your mental and spiritual life.
2. Rid Your Mind of Judgment: Our minds are full of ideas instilled in us by countless sources: our parents, culture, friends, history, teachers, loved ones and religious leaders. Judgment tells you that a finite set of ideas are the only correct ideas. All other beliefs are wrong.
3. Practice Silence: It sounds unbelievable, but most of us living in modern societies have a very hard time being quiet or enjoying the absence of verbiage. Sometimes we are too darn busy talking, listening to music or trying to relax with special gadgets that we forget about ourselves, and cause undue stress, anxiety and diseases in the process. Understanding that we have the power to soothe and relax our mind, body, and spirit with no outside help is essential to opening yourself to all the possibilities that lie ahead.
4. Learn to Meditate: There are many meditation techniques, but the end result is (or should be) always the same: create a relaxed state of mental and physical being by focusing and calming the mind. When you are in silent meditation, there is a balance between the internal and external you that will help heal, empower and create a revitalized you.
5. Learn to Pray: It sounds somewhat silly since most of use have been taught by our guardians or friends a very specific way of praying. In fact, most of us were taught that praying is something reserved for very particular situations, such as getting something that you want. Yet, prayer should be a conversation with ourselves and the divine energy that created us in order to find common ground and find solutions to our problems.
6. Trust Yourself: Always remember that you are a divine creature. There is reason and meaning, not only for the different experiences in your life, but for your life as a whole. We are all here to learn and better our lives for ourselves and those around us. Trust in every experience because every single one of them will bring you closer to your life’s destiny. Never think of them as a distraction or a detour. Recognize the lesson in each positive or negative experience, and try to find the meaning of each one.
7. Keep Hope Alive: At some point or another, we all lose hope. Life is full of challenges. While discovering your path or purpose, it is not uncommon to encounter situations or problems that seem too big to handle. When this happens, it is perfectly normal to feel discouraged and lose motivation. You may go back to old habits or engage in new, more distracting habits that lead you away from your path.

You & Your Pineal Gland.

pineal gland and dmt

While the physiological function of the pineal gland has been unknown until recent times, mystical traditions and esoteric schools have long known this area in the middle of the brain to be the connecting link between the physical and spiritual worlds. Considered the most powerful and highest source of ethereal energy available to humans, the pineal gland has always been important in initiating supernatural powers. Development of psychic talents has been closely associated with this organ of higher vision.

The third eye controls the various bio-rhythms of the body. It works in harmony with the hypothalamus gland which directs the body’s thirst, hunger, sexual desire and the biological clock that determines our aging process. When it “awakens”, one feels a pressure at the base of the brain.

The pineal gland’s location deep in the brain seems to intimate hidden importance. In the days before its function as a physical eye that could see beyond space-time was discovered, it was considered a mystery linked to superstition and mysticism. Today it is associated with the sixth chakra.

N,N-dimethyltryptamine, or DMT, is an illegal, psychedelic, tryptamine compound found in the human body and at least ~60 species of plants worldwide. Rick Strassman, M.D., described it as “the first endogenous human psychedelic” in DMT: The Spirit Molecule (2000), and in an interview in 2011 said that DMT “seems to actually be a necessary component of normal brain function.” Terence McKenna (who, “more than anyone,” Strassman wrote in 2000, “has raised awareness of DMT, through lectures, books, interviews, and recordings, to its present unprecedented level”) called DMT “the most powerful hallucinogen known to man and science” and “the commonest hallucinogen in all of nature” in his 1994 lecture “Rap Dancing Into the Third Millennium.” McKenna wondered why theology had not enshrined DMT as “its central exhibit for the presence of the other in the human world,” and said:

Why this is not four-inch headlines on every newspaper on the planet I cannot understand because I don’t know what news you were waiting for, but this is the news that I was waiting for!

The Pineal gland will naturally make its own DMT when fully operational and we will be able to remain in a visionary state most of the time. An awakened pineal gland brings the ability to consciously astral travel, explore other dimensions, foresee the future and receive communications from loving dimensional beings. DMT is a component of Ayahuasca – a plant medicine from the Amazon that brings profound physical and heart healing through its purgative effects and the perception of other dimensions.

Those that use this medicine go into a period of “work” where issues come into awareness and can be healed with the insights that come from DMT consciousness. The advantage of cleaning up our pineal gland so it makes its own DMT is that we can be in a continuous state of spiritual “work” and we are spared the purgative effects of drinking the ayahuasca.  Thus we no longer need any medicines as an adjunct to our spiritual lives. DMT is a totally natural substance that the human body will manufacture and distribute when it is in a healed state. Thus it would appear human beings were intended to be visionary beings and be able to tap into the information in other dimensions. This dimensional perception transcends the ego and rapidly heals our sufferings, conflicts and thus karmas.

How to clean your Pineal Gland.

1. Mercury – this is really bad for the pineal gland. It’s poison. Don’t let this get into your body. Mercury tooth fillings are pineal toxins. Have them removed. All medical vaccines are also mercury tainted. Thimersal (a vaccine preservative) is methyl mercury and is very difficult to get out of the brain once it’s in there. Avoid eating fish and bottom feeders such as shrimps and prawns. Tuna and dolphin meat is particularly bad for mercury – the bigger the fish the higher the concentration of mercury in its body tissue. Eco light bulbs – if one is smashed mercury vapour is released into the room and inhaled. Avoid at all costs breaking one indoors. Mercury can be removed from the body by the daily use of chlorella, wheatgrass and spirulina. Cilantro herb taken daily can help remove mercury from brain tissue.

2. Fluoride – in toothpastes and tap water. It’s another heavy duty poison. Avoid it at all costs. It calcifies the pineal tissue and basically shuts the gland down.

3. Organic foods – some pesticides are pineal toxins. Organic healthy food with a high ratio of raw is supportive to pineal detox. Meat is not helpful either. Some people who channel seem to not be affected but for many the toxicity and density of meat will pose challenges and we want to make the work easy if we can.

4. Alcohol + smoking – Naturally these need to go along with the emotional attachments to using them (usually boils down to self worth issues or unresolved trauma).

5. Heart Healing – raises the overal vibration of the being and heals fear – a useful advantage for when we start seeing other dimensions.

6. Other toxins – if something is toxic do not put it in your body. If you can’t say it’s name, is most likely bad. Toxins include artificial sweeteners (aspartame K) , refined sugar, phylenanine (in squashes), E numbers beginning with 1, deodorants, cleaning chemicals, dental mouthwashes (saltwater is suffice) and  air fresheners.

7. Raw chocolate – Raw cacao is a pineal gland stimulant / detoxifier in high doses because of the high antioxidant content.

Being disciplined with steps 1-6 for a year or so will certainly bring about pineal awakening.

Step 7 is optional but very useful too.

You are not your mind.

You are not your mind.
The first time I heard somebody say that — in the opening chapter of The Power of Now —  I didn’t like the sound of it one bit. What else could I be? I had taken for granted that the mental chatter in my head was the central “me” that all the experiences in my life were happening to.
I see quite clearly now that life is nothing but passing experiences, and my thoughts are just one more category of things I experience. Thoughts are no more fundamental than smells, sights and sounds. Like any experience, they arise in my awareness, they have a certain texture, and then they give way to something else.
If you can observe your thoughts just like you can observe other objects, who’s doing the observing? Don’t answer too quickly. This question, and its unspeakable answer, are at the center of all the great religions and spiritual traditions.
